Osama, our guide and Mohamed our driver did a wonderful job escorting us to our felucca boat sail. We went around 6:15 pm and enjoyed relaxing views of Cairo and Giza.

El crucero por el Nilo fue una de las mejores sorpresas de mi viaje a Egipto. Dos horas que se pasaron volando entre buena música, bailes tradicionales y una cena buffet muy completa. Lo que más me gustó fue contemplar el atardecer desde la cubierta: el cielo cambiando de colores mientras navegábamos fue inolvidable. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Lo recomiendo al 100%, repetiría sin pensarlo.
Hicimos un crucero de dos horas por el Nilo y fue una experiencia espectacular. El precio es muy bueno para todo lo que incluye: comida tipo buffet variada y deliciosa, show de bailes típicos muy animado y, lo mejor de todo, poder ver el atardecer sobre el río. La vista es simplemente mágica, llena de colores y con un ambiente único. La atención fue excelente, todo muy organizado y con un ambiente acogedor. Sin duda, repetiría la experiencia y lo recomiendo totalmente a cualquiera que visite El Cairo.

This was a relaxing way to experience the mighty Nile River. People have to know that you are going on a sail boat and therefore, you will not be cruising up and down the river like other (motorized) boats. We sailed for an hour from the dock towards the bridge, turned around and sailed back, and went towards the other bank of the river. The distance covered was not far but it was still very relaxing seeing the skyline and hearing nothing buy the wind and flowing river, all this despite being in the middle of loud Cairo! My trip to the pyramids was amazing — standing in front of such ancient history was surreal. The camel ride through the desert made it even more special. The company was excellent and very professional — everything was perfectly arranged.
