Overview

You will travel through Egypt from Cairo to Aswan, Luxor and Hurghada, visiting the country’s most famous sites. In Cairo you will see the Giza pyramids and the famous Sphinx, and explore the Egyptian Museum where the treasures of the young King Tutankhamun are displayed. The city’s mix of ancient monuments and metropolitan life will form the start of your trip. You will fly to Aswan to visit the temple of Abu Simbel, the island sanctuary of Philae and the Aswan High Dam. From there you will drive to Luxor to explore Karnak Temple, the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut and the Valley of the Kings. The experience concludes on the beaches of Hurghada, where you can relax before flying back to Cairo. Along the way you will have the chance to see major archaeological sites and Nile-side scenery as you move between regions.
