Overview
After breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, you'll be met by your personal guide and taken to the Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. As you move through the site, you'll see the famous Sphinx and the Valley Temple that faces the great statue. Lunch will be served at a good quality local restaurant. Later you'll transfer to the Egyptian Museum to explore the treasure room associated with the child king Tutankhamen. You will then continue to Islamic Cairo, where you'll have time to experience the atmosphere of Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar, and other nearby sights. After the day's visits, you'll be returned to your hotel.
