Overview

You will explore Cairo’s highlights, starting with the Giza Pyramids Complex and notable Islamic landmarks in Old Cairo. Time in the capital also includes visits to The Egyptian Museum and the ancient site of Memphis City. After Cairo, you will sail aboard a Nile River cruise to travel between the river’s major sites. Along the cruise you will visit Aswan attractions such as Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk. The programme also includes stops at the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo and the monumental Abu Simbel Temple. In Luxor, you will see the sprawling Karnak Temple complex, the tombs in the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut’s Temple and the Colossi of Memnon.
