Ahmed Kamel was a great guide and took us around the Citadel and Coptic Cairo at our own pace and made the day very enjoyable. We even got a drop-off at the airport which made making the most of our last day in Cairo easy and enjoyable!

My guide was Mahmoud Emam, and my driver was Ahmed Shahaat. They were both very kind. Mahmoud was a great guide—with me every step of the way, very knowledgable on modern as well as ancient Egyptian history, a good communicator, and willing to talk about anything. We visited The Citadel, a medieval fort where the “White Mosque” is located; it was a beautiful building. We also went to a building where a Coptic Oriental Orthodox church meets. The building where the church gathers is known as “The Hanging Church” because its architectural design tricks the eye, suggesting that it has no foundatio
