Overview
Your tour will begin with a hotel pick-up by a Visitors Egypt guide and a drive in an air‑conditioned car into central Cairo. You will visit Liberation (Tahrir) Square, known as the site of the January 25th 2011 Revolution, where the guide will point out its historical significance and the area’s atmosphere. From there, you will continue to Cairo Tower, where you can go to the top and take in views across the city. Along the way you will also stop at Tal’at Harb Square, a lively area where you can walk the streets and browse the many shops nearby. The guide will be with you throughout the outing to provide local context and assistance. At the end of the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel.
