Cairo Sightseeing Tour (Giza Pyramids, Sphinx ,Museum and Bazaar)

Overview

Your Egypt Royal Tours guide will meet you in your hotel lobby and transfer you by an air‑conditioned vehicle to the Giza Plateau. There you will see the three Pyramids of the kings Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure, watched over by the rock‑cut statue of the Sphinx. You will also learn that the Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only one of the seven wonders of the ancient world still standing today, and that it is some 2,000 years older than any other wonder on the list. From the plateau you will continue to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, built in 1902. The museum exhibits a large collection of items and treasures dating from the ancient Egyptian and Greco‑Roman periods, including the marvellous collection of the child king Tut Ankh Amon. You will finish your day with a visit to Khan el‑Khalili Bazaar, one of the biggest markets in the Middle East, where you can experience the atmosphere and sights of a traditional Cairo souk. Afterwards you will be taken back to your hotel to stay overnight.
