We had the best experience with our guide, Mohamed, and driver, Rami. The operator, Mirette Tours, was extraordinary right from our first communication with them. They were super responsive on WhatsApp and answered our many questions. About a week before our scheduled date, they messaged us to confirm pick-up location and whether we wanted to make arrangements in advance for camel rides and entry into the pyramids. The day before our arrival in Alexandria, they sent us the name of our guide, his WhatsApp number, and the meet-up point. We arrived in Alexandria by cruise ship and met up with our

We arrived by cruise ship into the port of Alexandria, and our guide and driver were waiting right at the port gate. From the start, everything ran smoothly. The driver was an expert at navigating the busy traffic, and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative throughout the day. We visited the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and then continued on to the Pyramids of Giza. We had plenty of time at each stop, and our guide made sure we saw everything we wanted to. The whole experience was seamless. We were completely satisfied.
Our tour to the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum is amazing . Our guide Ghada is so nice and knowledgeable. Our lunch is so delicious with good varities at this open buffet restaurant . The tour is perfectly arranged and managed . Highly recommended company .
The cruise ship tours would not accomodate my wife's mobility scooter, so we booked something private to have the flexibility we needed. They arrived on time, with a new car, and we headed out ahead of the buses. Bathroom break halfway there, then on to the pyramids. They use shuttle buses there now to take you around the area. Some of their buses are electric with ramps and a place to park the scooter. You can't scooter everywhere at every stop because of steps or sand, but it was enough that we could use it. The tour was amazing and the tour guide (Dina) was soo helpful and well treating people, educated , respectfully and sooo friendly like a family member ( my special thanks to her) and our driver was a good respected person too , and we enjoyed the day too much with them
