Day Tour To Coptic Cairo and Cave Crash

Overview

A Tamer Safari Tours representative will pick you up from your hotel for an excursion to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. You will see the Great Sphinx, which dates from the time of Chephren, and visit the Valley Temple associated with Chephren’s pyramid. Along the way you will have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch you will visit the Egyptian Museum, which features artefacts from the Pharaonic period and a rare collection spanning 5,000 years of art. The museum displays over 250,000 genuine artefacts, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen’s treasures of gold and jewellery, which remained enclosed in his tomb for more than 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s. Finally, you will move on to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, the Church of St. Barbara and the Church of Abu Serga.
