At the Pharaonic Village you will watch a group of actors and actresses portraying life in ancient Egypt. As you move through the recreated streets and scenes, you will see models of the Tomb of Tut Ankh Amon, a temple, a rich man’s house and a poor man’s house. The staged performances and displays aim to show everyday activities and social contrasts from that period. You will also visit some museums, including the Mummification Museum, the Pyramids Museum, President Nasser Museum and Present Sadat Museum. These museum visits are included alongside the village, so you will have the chance to view a range of exhibits related to Egypt’s past and recent history as part of the same outing.
