Overview
Your representative will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza and transfer you to Wekalet El‑Ghoury, a historic venue built in 1504 AD when the Mamelukes were ruling Egypt, to attend a Tannoura show. The performance is a well‑known traditional Egyptian spectacle set to folk music. You will see whirling dervishes dressed in colourful tanouras as they spin and perform a range of traditional Egyptian dances. After the show, you will have the option of enjoying traditional food at one of Cairo’s well‑known fatatry restaurants. When the evening concludes, your representative will transfer you back to your hotel, bringing the experience to a close.
