Overview

You will visit the Giza Pyramids — Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos — and see the Sphinx up close. At the Giza plateau you can take in the scale and arrangement of these famous monuments and appreciate their imposing presence on the desert landscape. After Giza, the tour will continue to Sakkara to visit the Step Pyramid built for King Djoser. You will then go on to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where the site’s ruins recall the early history of the civilisation. Along the route you will move between major funerary monuments and the remains of an early city, giving a concentrated view of Egypt’s ancient heritage in one outing.
