Full-Day Tour to the New Grand Egyptian Museum and Giza Pyramids
A trusted partner experience, hand-picked and featured on This is Egypt.

Overview
You will visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (the New Egypt Museum) and then explore the Giza Plateau, including the pyramids and the Great Sphinx. The experience includes a private tour of the museum’s conservation laboratories and the Great Hall, with special permission that will allow you to be among the first visitors to see parts of the collection. Lunch is included. Inside the museum you will see artifacts moved from the ancient Egyptian Museum, including King Tutankhamun items and other treasures. After the museum, you will go on to the pyramids of Giza to view Cheops, Shifrin and Mykrinos and take plenty of photos. You will also visit the valley temple of King Shifrin, where the body of King Shifrin was embalmed, and from there approach the Great Sphinx — the legendary guardian with the head of King Shifrin and the body of a lion. Along the way there will be opportunities to buy souvenirs.
