Overview

You will visit the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, taking in two of Egypt’s most iconic ancient monuments. As you move through the site, you will see the massive pyramid structures and the famed limestone statue of the Sphinx. You will then drive to the Citadel of Salah El Din, where the skyline is dominated by the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque and its pale stone silhouette. You will continue to the Egyptian Museum, which houses the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities in the world, and explore its extensive displays. The experience finishes with a visit to the Khan El Khalili bazaar, where you can wander through the market’s narrow streets and view the variety of traditional goods on offer. Along the way, you will travel between these major sites and have the opportunity to take in Cairo’s historic atmosphere.
