Overview

This experience takes you to two of Egypt’s most important sites: the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. You will stand before the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus and learn about their history and construction from an expert Egyptologist. As you move around the plateau, your guide will explain the significance of each monument and the stories that surround them. Inside the Grand Egyptian Museum you will see a large collection of more than 100,000 artefacts under one roof. Among these are treasures from Tutankhamun’s tomb, which your guide will put into historical context as you explore the displays. You will travel in a private air-conditioned vehicle with hotel pickup, and bottled water will be provided during the trip.
