You will begin by viewing a rare collection spanning 5,000 years of art, considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Along the way there may be an optional stop for lunch. You will then visit several historic religious sites in old Cairo. The Hanging Church, dating from the 3rd century, stands above part of the old fortress and offers a glimpse of early Christian architecture. At the Church of Abu Serga you will see the holy crypt. You will also visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue, a historic Jewish place of worship. The experience finishes at the Salah El Din Citadel, constructed by Salah El Din in 1183 AD to protect Cairo from the danger of the Crusaders.
