Overview

With this ticket, you’ll be able to explore the Luxor Museum. You’ll see many items from ancient Egypt including jewelry, statues, and pottery, mostly taken from Theban temples and necropolis. You’ll see the well-preserved limestone relief of Tuthmosis III and the statue of Amenhotep III protected by Sobek, the crocodile god. You’ll also see royal mummies, that of Ahmose I, founder of the 18th dynasty and the other believed to be Ramses I, father of Seti I.
