On this day tour with Egypt Online Tour you'll be picked up from your hotel in Aswan and driven to two important sites: the Temple of Kalabsha and the Nubian Museum. Along the way and at each stop you’ll have time to explore and learn about the history that links these places to the Nile and to ancient Egyptian and Roman periods. You’ll head to the Temple of Kalabsha, which was dismantled and carefully re‑established on a hill near the High Dam site at the Western Bank. The temple was originally constructed by Toutmosis II and Amenophis II at Kalabsha, about 40 miles south of Aswan, and was later re‑established during the Roman invasion. You’ll also visit the Nubian Museum as part of the tour, giving you a chance to continue learning about the region’s cultural and historical heritage.
