Luxor overnight excursion from El Gouna

Overview

You’ll take a private two-day trip to Luxor from El Gouna that brings together the Nile’s great monuments and evening spectacle. On the first day you’ll visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple, exploring their vast pylons, colonnades and ancient reliefs. In the evening you’ll attend the Sound and Light Show, experiencing the illuminated temples with narration that places the sites in their historical context, then check in to your hotel for the night. On the second day you’ll travel to the West Bank to see the Valley of the Kings, where royal tombs lie among desert hills. You’ll also visit the Temple of Hatshepsut and view the Colossi of Memnon as you move through some of Luxor’s most iconic ancient sites. The trip finishes with a drive back to Hurghada.
