Overview
From your hotel in Makadi, a 4x4 will take you to the quad bike station to start your desert adventure. You’ll enjoy about 45 minutes of quad biking across sandy tracks, then continue by jeep on a desert safari. Along the way you’ll take in wide desert landscapes and get a sense of Bedouin life as the trip combines a dose of adventure with the quiet of the desert. You’ll visit a Bedouin village, where a soft drink will be offered on arrival and you’ll have time to tour the settlement and learn about traditional daily life. A Bedouin woman will make local bread for you to try, and a camel ride is included so you can experience this traditional mode of travel. The tour finishes with sunset views from a mountain in Hurghada before the return drive.
