Over Day Private Tour of Luxor from Cairo.
A trusted partner experience, hand-picked and featured on This is Egypt.

Overview
You will explore the West Bank of the Nile, beginning at the Valley of the Kings — a vast city of the dead where the magnificent tombs of 62 pharaohs have been discovered. Several of these tombs, carved deep into the desert rock and richly decorated for the afterlife, will be open for you to see as you move through the site. Next you will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a striking monument of terraces that rises from the desert plain and blends into the sheer limestone cliffs behind it. Along the way back you will stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two 66 ft statues weighing about 1,000 tons that represent Amenhotep III. These damaged but impressive figures were known by the ancient Greeks for allegedly emitting haunting voices at dawn. After this stop you will return to the cruise for lunch on board. In the afternoon you will visit Karnak Temple, often called the “Temple of Temples” and considered the largest place of worship ever built, and then continue on to see Luxor Temple.
