Private Luxor DAY Tour from Luxor Airport
A trusted partner experience, hand-picked and featured on This is Egypt.

Overview
Your day begins on the west bank of the Nile, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the ancient burial ground where many pharaohs were interred. As you move through the area, you will see the Temple of Hatshepsut, built by Queen Hatshepsut — daughter of Thutmosis I who ruled for about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty and is the only pharaonic woman recorded to have reigned in ancient Egypt. Along the way you will pass the Colossi of Memnon, the surviving statues that mark the site of Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple. Crossing to the east bank, you will start with the Karnak Temples, a vast complex dedicated to the god Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. You will also visit the Temple of Luxor, begun by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. Lunch is optional. At the end of the experience you will be transferred to Luxor Airport at least two hours before your international flight time.
