Private Tour at The Pyramids & the Sphinx

Overview

Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel and transfer you to the Giza Plateau, where you will see the three pyramids of kings Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure. You will view the rock-cut statue known as the Sphinx, a human-headed lion that guards the site. The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only one of the seven wonders of the ancient world still standing today, and it is around 2,000 years older than any other wonder on that list. Along the way you will also see the valley temple of King Chephren, linked to his pyramid by the traditional causeway, and several nearby buildings that belonged to royal relatives and high officials. An optional camel or horse ride around the monuments may be available if you choose. After the visit, you will be transferred back to your residence in an air-conditioned vehicle.
