Private Tour Luxor East & West Bank from Luxor Airport
A trusted partner experience, hand-picked and featured on This is Egypt.

Overview
You will be picked up from Luxor airport or the train station and taken to the Valley of the Kings to admire the architecture of the royal burials. As you move through the valley, you will see tombs associated with several pharaohs, including Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, Ramssess VI, Mrenptah and AmonhotepII. The visit will continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut, built by Queen Hatshepsut—daughter of Thutmosis I—who ruled for about 20 years during the 18th dynasty (approximately 1490–1469 B.C.) and is noted as the only pharaonic woman who reigned in ancient Egypt. Along the way you will also stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the surviving statues from the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. You will then cross to the East Bank of the Nile to explore the Karnak Temples, often described as the greatest example of worship in history and dedicated to the god Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. After visiting these sites, you will be transferred back to Luxor airport or the train station.
