Overview
Near Hurghada, you will explore the desert landscapes on a quad bike safari that lets you race across the sands on your own all-terrain vehicle (ATV). Door-to-door transfers from Hurghada hotels are included, so you will be collected and returned. You will learn the basics of riding and take a short test drive before setting off. A guide will lead the way on a 12-mile (20-kilometre) journey across the desert to a Bedouin village. Along the way you will pass dunes and open arid scenery typical of the area around Hurghada. At the village you will have water and Bedouin tea to refresh you, and you will also have the chance to take a camel ride. After this stop you will head back through the sand to the start point.
