Overview

This three-day package lets you see Cairo’s most famous sights in a short time. Over the first day, you’ll visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, then move on to the ancient sites at Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of Djoser and the ruins of Memphis. On the second day, you’ll explore the Egyptian Museum and the Citadel of Saladin, including the Alabaster Mosque, then experience Coptic Cairo with a visit to the Hanging Church and the surrounding area of Islamic Cairo. The final day focuses on local flavour: a food tour paired with time to wander the Khan El-Khalili open market. Along the way you’ll encounter Egypt’s layered history—from pharaonic monuments and museum collections to medieval fortifications, religious sites and lively market streets. Expect a mix of archaeological highlights, architectural landmarks and authentic street life as you move between neighbourhoods and monuments. Accommodation is not included.
