Overview
Your tour begins in Cairo, where you'll travel in an air-conditioned, private vehicle. Along the way you'll stop for rest and snacks and to meet your guide before switching to a 4x4 for the journey across the Great Sand Sea. In the sand sea you'll take part in desert activities such as dune bashing and sandboarding, and you will watch the desert sunset from the dunes. After a day of sand sports, you will move on to explore Siwa's highlights. You will see salt lakes, ancient ruins and the picturesque Fatnis Island. You will also have the opportunity to swim in a tranquil lake and will spend the night in a desert camp, staying close to the landscape and atmosphere of the oasis.
