The Great New Egyptian Museum Alone or with Pyramids + Free Cruise
A trusted partner experience, hand-picked and featured on This is Egypt.

Overview
You will visit a range of museums and sites that trace Egypt’s long history. The Grand Egyptian Museum, also known as the Giza Museum, is an archaeological museum currently under construction about 2 kilometres from the Giza Pyramid Complex. It will house more than 100,000 artefacts from ancient Egyptian civilisation, including Tutankhamun’s entire collection, and many pieces will go on display for the first time. You will also experience the collection at the Ancient Egyptian Museum, the oldest museum in Egypt and continental Africa, built between 1897 and 1901; the published collection numbered roughly 5,000 masterpieces in 1901. Along the way you will visit the Fustat Museum (the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization) and see Lake Ain Al Sira, a natural underground spring located south of Cairo in the Imam Al‑Leithi area. Your lunch will be organised by a local Egyptian family through Egypt Live, where you will learn to cook an Egyptian meal and then enjoy that lunch back at your hotel.
