Overview

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo for a private day tour that begins at the Great Pyramids of Giza. You will visit the pyramids of King Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, and stop at the panorama area for memorable photos of all three together. As you move through the site, you will also see the Sphinx and the adjacent Valley Temple. Along the way you will travel to Dahshur to visit the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid, both associated with King Senefro. The tour continues to Old Memphis and the Saqqara necropolis, where you will see the Zoser structure—the first stone structure in the ancient world—and the Step Pyramid of King Zoser. Lunch is included at a local restaurant, with vegetarian options available on request. At the end of the day you will be driven back to your hotel in Cairo.
