Overview

From the moment your tour starts, your guide will give you full attention. Once in the car, they will talk to you about what you’ll see on the way and about other aspects of the tour that may interest you. You will travel to the Great Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and enjoy panoramic views of the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. As you move through the site, you will visit the Great Sphinx and pause at many outstanding photo stops that highlight the scale and setting of these monuments. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. The temple was used for the purification of the king’s mummy before burial and for carrying out the mummification process. Along the way, your guide will provide context and explanations to help you understand the function and history of these structures, making it easier to appreciate what you are seeing and to capture memorable photographs.
