Overview
Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo for a private day tour to the Pyramids, Dahshour and Saqqara. At Giza you will visit the pyramids of King Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, then head to the panorama area for memorable photos of the three pyramids together. As you move through the site, you will see the Sphinx and explore the nearby Valley Temple. Next you will drive to Dahshour to visit the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid — both associated with King Senefro — before continuing to Saqqara, the oldest necropolis for kings, princes and nobles. There you will see the Zoser structure, the first stone structure in the ancient world, and the Step Pyramid of King Zoser. Lunch is included during the day at a local restaurant, with a vegetarian option available if you need it. At the end of the tour you will be driven back to your hotel in Cairo.
