Tour to Luxor West Bank Valley of the Kings Hatshepsut Temple

We had an excellent 2 days with Ghada on our private tour. She knew so much and was also very protective of us and ensuring we had a great time. She pointed out many things we never would have been able to see, and was also willing to adjust when we had different feedback about how we wanted to spend our time. We had an amazing experience and the value was great!

Egypt Tailor Made put together for us a 9-day guided tour of Ancient Egypt and we loved it. Not just was the organization great, but the guides and drivers were excellent. We were shown amazing sights, guides were super knowledgeable and helpful, they knew from where to take the best pics etc, we were driven to all the sites and driven back to our hotel. In a nutshell, fantastic. We highly recommend Egypt Tailor Made.

I had a truly fantastic experience with this company in Cairo, but the 2 days trips I had in Luxor were less great. The time felt rushed and the guide barely spent 10mins talking for each site we visited before disappearing to wait at the entrance. I ended up mostly wandering around myself half listening to other tour groups.

We booked 2 separate days for our family of 4 and were lucky to have Ms Rania Raouf as our guide both days. We spent the entire first day on the West Bank visiting 6 different locations. Rania is truly an expert in this area and she was very helpful explaining each tomb, it's significance, and the story being told on the walls. Without her, we would have no idea what we were looking at. She was always patient with our seemingly unending stream of questions. Rania was the best tour guide I have ever had. She knows an incredible amount about Egyptian history — she has two masters degrees! — and on top of that was so kind and friendly. We had a great time at Luxor. Our hot air balloon ride was very well organised and the flight was safe. After that, our guide Ghada was very kind and informative during our tour to the valley of the kings, the valley of the queens, temple oh Hatsepsut, and next day the temple of Karnak. Our driver Mahmoud had a very clean vehicle and drove really safely.
