Overview

You will float above Luxor in a hot-air balloon, rising from the west bank of the Nile River as the sun climbs above the horizon. The experience begins on the river’s western side and takes you into the quiet of early morning light, breathing fresh air and watching the landscape wake below. You will share the basket with other passengers and gain a bird’s-eye perspective of the ancient site. As you ascend, sunlight will illuminate temples and nearby mountains, and you can look down over Karnak, Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple and other monuments.
