Turkish Bath - Morroccan Bath

Overview

A wellness specialist will welcome you and explain how to move between the different environments of the Turkish Bath. This regenerating treatment, typical of the Middle East, takes place in a room of hot, dry air. As you spend time there your body will become progressively wetter and, according to the treatment, toxins will be excreted. The space will usually be lit softly and accompanied by gentle music, creating a calm, atmospheric setting. After the heated phase you will receive an exfoliating massage with a special scrub soap intended to reactivate blood circulation and remove impurities from the skin. The session finishes with perfumed oils gently applied to your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and full of energy. If you wish, you may add extra treatments to this basic ritual, such as yoghurt masks, chocolate peeling or a Moroccan mud mask.
