Two days covering all Giza sites

Overview

Spend two days exploring Egypt’s ancient landmarks, beginning with an early morning hotel pick‑up in Cairo. You will drive to the west bank of the Nile to see the iconic three pyramids of Giza and take in their dramatic setting. Along the way you may try a camel ride to view the Pharaonic sights that date back to 2500 BC. The visit also includes the valley temple of King Kafrea and a stop by the Great Sphinx, where you could take striking photos with the pyramids as a historic backdrop. On the second day you will continue your exploration of Egypt’s burial sites with visits to the pyramids and tombs at Saqqara. The programme also includes a visit to the open‑air Memphis museum and time to see the pyramids of Dashour. Throughout the two days you will move between these key archaeological sites and have opportunities to learn about their history and to photograph the monuments.
