Two Days Tour in Cairo

Overview

You will begin with an excursion to the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafra and Menkawra on the Giza plateau. As you move through the site, you will see the Great Sphinx, Egypt’s most famous statue, and then continue to the Egyptian Museum. There you will explore artefacts from the Pharaonic period, including the golden collection of King Tut. The next morning you will be picked up from your hotel to visit Old Cairo, also known as Christian Coptic Cairo. You will walk through historic sites such as the Hanging Church, St Barbara Church, the Crept Church and the Synagogue of Ben Ezra. You will also visit the monastery of St. Simon in Cairo, where seven cave churches are carved into the nearby Moqattam Mountain. Along the way you will experience local streets, including Elmo ez, and browse the stalls of Khan El Khalili market.
