Overview

A NASCO Tours representative will meet you at your Hurghada hotel and take you by private transfer to Luxor. Along the way your guide will share the history of Upper Egypt and point out changing landscapes of mountains, desert and fertile land. On Luxor’s west bank you will explore the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs were buried, and visit Hatshepsut Temple with its grand terraces and intricate carvings. You will also pause at the Colossi of Memnon, which have stood as the guardians of Amenhotep’s temple for over 3,400 years. After lunch at The Steigenberger Nile Palace, overlooking the Nile and Luxor boulevard, you will move to the east bank to see Karnak Temple. Here you will encounter the vast Hypostyle Hall, the Sacred Lake and parts of the Avenue of the Sphinxes. The visit concludes at Luxor Temple, dedicated to Amun‑Ra, where towering columns and vibrant hieroglyphs illustrate the city’s long religious history. You will then return to Hurghada, carrying memories of Egypt’s ancient sites.
