Eslam, our guide is fantastic, he has a good sense of humour and is very human. We exchanged stories about our lives which made us feel that he was interested in us as people. He communicated well with us to ensure everyone had a good grasp of the logistics each day. He kindly took a few group photos for us and stopped us from being hassled by street traders. Eslam is very dedicated to his clients and does all he can to ensure they enjoy their time in Egypt. His knowledge of Egyptian history is incredible, he gives little snippets that the guide books don't. He brings history to life very well

Wow. What a team these folks have. With less than 24 hours notice, we booked a tour of Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple. The service we received was amazing. We received an immediate response from the tour operator Hady who took care of all the details and stayed in contact with us before, during and after the tour. The next morning, a representative of Pyramid Tours, Mustafa, was onsite at our hotel just to make sure everything went smoothly with meeting the guide and driver. Friendly and professional guy. The valley of the kings and Karnak temple were our highlights on 2 separate 1/2d trips. In the April heat and the many things we learnt about, just perfect. Sayed, our guide, had a perfect mix of telling the story and letting us time to explore. Have to come back 👍

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere Reiseleiter: Mohamed in Kairo und Mohamed in Luxor – beide äußerst kompetent, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich zu jeder Zeit gut aufgehoben und bestens Informiert gefühlt. This was a trip of a lifetime. I connected with Mohammed and Armia through KimKim travel and they proposed a package that included everything we wanted to see and took us to Jordan to see Petra. We had a great time in Luxor with Ahmed Talaat and Mahmoud! Our guide Ahmed was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything we were seeing. He and Mahmoud did everything the could to ensure we made the most of our time in Luxor and had a great experience. Would highly recommend.
